Structured intake

A medical questionnaire covering history, goals, current medications, and contraindications, answered fully before anything else happens. Not a checkout funnel. The intake screens for the conditions that rule GLP-1 therapy out (thyroid cancer or MEN-2 history, pregnancy, pancreatitis, drug interactions) and routes that information to a licensed provider, not an algorithm.

Eligibility, not a cart

DirectGLP does not book a lab panel before care. The intake is the clinical baseline: weight history, medications, GI status, prior GLP-1 use, and red-flag conditions. That is what the provider reads. If you have recent labs, you can share them; nothing ships until a human decides they are enough.

A licensed US provider reads your intake against your history. If treatment is appropriate, it is prescribed. If it is not, you are told so plainly. The provider is the only party who can authorize a prescription. A questionnaire cannot, and a sales team cannot. If you are not a candidate, that outcome carries no charge.

“Is there really a clinician at the end?” Yes. A state-licensed provider makes the call, and no prescription is issued without one.

Prescriptions are compounded by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy: prescription-only, under state board of pharmacy oversight. A 503A pharmacy compounds against one patient's prescription at a time; a 503B outsourcing facility registers with the FDA and produces in bulk without a patient-specific prescription. Neither tier makes an FDA-approved product.
